This artwork is a tribute to the late James McCaffrey, who was the voice behind and eventually the main face of MAX PAYNE.
We lost a legend.

Grew up playing the three Max Payne games, all of which had a hand in playing a huge role and part in inspiring me to keep going in life, through all the mud and grime the world had to offer me.

What to a lot of people may have seemed to be just a typical action hero upon surface-level inspection... to me, personally, MAX PAYNE was a man of conviction and drive to push oneself beyond certain boundaries and limits in pursuit of something good in the face of tragedies in his path.

And all that wouldn't have been possible to the extent those games managed to immerse me... without James McCaffrey and everything he brought to the table.

Rest peacefully, GOOD SIR.

And my utmost condolences, especially to those closest to his heart.
